HDFC Fastag Application Form

The National Highway Authority of India is aiming to reduce the number of toll booths by introducing an electronic toll collection system called the FASTag. FASTag is an electronic toll collection system in India, operated by the National Highway Authority of India. It employs Radio Frequency Identification technology for making toll payments directly from the account linked to the tag. The FASTag is linked to the user’s prepaid account and is then fixed to the windscreen of his/her vehicle. With the use of RFID technology, the toll amount is deducted from the linked prepaid account, such as a Paytm wallet as and when the traveler passes through the toll gate.
