RTO Medical Certificate Form 1-A PDF
RTO Form 1-A is a medical certificate. It can also be called a fitness. Form 1-A is Mandatory for persons who are over 50 years old or who want to get Transport Class vehicle License. In order to obtain a certificate, these drivers must first take a medical exam and be approved by an approved physician. Once this period has elapsed, the driver must undergo a new medical examination and apply for a new driving licence from the municipality. It is the driver’s responsibility to obtain the certificate.
A medical certificate can be issued by any government doctor or practitioner. This medical certificate has to be presented along with the other required documents to apply for a permanent driving license. It is all the more necessary to apply it during the 1st stage, i.e., while applying for the learner’s license.
