SUHRID MLA Scholarship Form
The MLA Scholarship Scheme of Assam is a type of scheme in which Local Members of Legislative Assembly (MLAs) give financial assistance to students who have performed well in recent board examinations. The main objective of this scheme is to provide an opportunity to those students whose economic condition is a hindrance to their higher education.
In this MLA Area Development Fund, an MLA of a constituency receives an amount of ₹50,00,000 to help the needy poor people of his constituency. This year also the Assam Government has provided the above fund to the MLAs of all 126 constituencies of Assam. Under this fund, an educational assistance scheme is available for post-matriculation students who are financially disadvantaged.
Students who are 10th pass or studying after matric can apply for this MLA scholarship scheme of the Assam Government. Please contact your local MLA to find out more about this scheme. We have already attached the application form in this article and the download link is given below.
